Where Zenqoras came from
A platform built by traders who kept making the same avoidable execution mistakes.
Zenqoras was founded in Kisumu in 2021 by a small group of systematic traders who had spent years watching promising strategies fail not because the edge wasn't there, but because human execution couldn't match the consistency the strategy required. They were overriding stops when trades moved against them. They were missing entry signals because they weren't watching the screen at the right moment. They were sizing positions emotionally during winning streaks and cutting them fearfully during drawdowns. The solution wasn't better analysis — they had plenty of that. The solution was automation with non-negotiable risk guardrails baked in at the infrastructure level. Zenqoras was built to solve exactly that problem, and only that problem. The team is small by design — six people covering platform engineering, risk-system architecture, broker connectivity, and client support. That size lets us stay focused: we are not building a social trading network, a signal marketplace, or a robo-advisory product. We build and maintain one thing, and we build it properly.

Zenqoras serves independent traders and very small proprietary desks — typically one to five people — who operate across Kenyan and international markets from forex to commodity CFDs. Our clients are not beginners looking for a magic system; they're traders who already have a strategy with defined rules and want to remove the human-consistency problem from the execution layer. Our onboarding process reflects that: when you join, you spend the first session defining your risk parameters before touching any strategy logic. We've completed over 200 onboarding sessions since 2021 and found that traders who spend more time on the risk-configuration step see meaningfully smaller live drawdowns in their first 90 days. We are honest about what we don't cover: Zenqoras does not provide signals, investment advice, or any form of managed trading. The strategy is yours; the market risk is yours. We provide the infrastructure to execute and protect your rules consistently, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Results depend on your strategy's edge in current market conditions — automation cannot manufacture an edge that isn't there.
