What's always included — at every tier
Core risk controls are not a premium add-on. They're in every plan because consistent protection is the point.
Regardless of which plan you choose, every Zenqoras account ships with the full four-layer risk-control framework: per-trade stop-loss enforcement, daily loss circuit breaker, total drawdown auto-pause, and maximum concurrent-positions cap. These are not optional modules or add-ons available only at higher tiers — they're structural to the platform. We made this decision deliberately: a bot running without risk controls is more dangerous than a manual trader, because it executes faster. All billing is month-to-month. There are no setup fees, no commissions on trade volume, and no lock-in contracts. If you cancel before the next billing date, your access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are not available for partial months, but you are never charged for a month you did not use.
Pricing questions we get most often
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep your current features until then.
Do you charge a commission on my trading profits?
No. Zenqoras charges a flat monthly subscription only. We have no visibility into your broker account balance or trading profits, and we do not take any share of returns. Your broker charges apply separately and are your own arrangement.
What happens if I exceed my strategy slot limit?
The platform will prompt you to either archive an existing strategy or upgrade to the next tier before activating a new one. Existing active strategies continue running unaffected while you decide.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a 14-day demo environment where you can build one strategy and run backtests against synthetic data. Live execution and real broker connection are not available in the demo — those require an active subscription. Contact us to request demo access.
